This study aims to analyze the influence of Psychological Well-Being and Workplace Resilience on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya City Department of Communication and Informatics. This study employed a quantitative method with a causality approach. The research sample was 45 respondents who were employees at the Tasikmalaya City Department of Communication and Informatics using a saturated cencus technique. The data analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously Psychological Well-Being and Workplace Resilience have a significant effect on employee performance at the Tasikmalaya City Department of Communication and Informatics. Partially, Psychological Well-Being has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, Workplace Resilience has a significant effect on employee performance.
