Implementation of The Srikandi Application in Improving The Management of Digital Archives at The Regional Office of The Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the SRIKANDI application in improving the management of digital archives at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu Province. Through the analysis of data and information obtained at the research location. This study uses a qualitative method that is presented descriptively. The research informants consisted of 3 people consisting of key informants. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion using the theory model of Public Policy Implementation according to Van Meter and Van Horn 1975 (2006:39), there are six indicators used, namely: 1) Policy standards and objectives: as a guideline for the implementation of the SRIKANDI application implementation program in improving the management of digital archives in the regional office of the Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu province. 2) Resources: includes human resources, budgets, and supporting facilities and infrastructure in the SRIKANDI application implementation process. 3) Characteristics of the implementing organization: related to the ability and structure of the organization in implementing policies. 4) Communication between organizations and implementing activities: the process of conveying information and coordination between parties involved in the implementation of policies so that implementation can run effectively and in a directed manner. 5) Attitude of the implementers: reflects the views, acceptance, or rejection of the implementers of the policies implemented. This attitude is influenced by personal values, loyalty, and interests owned by policy implementers. 6) Social, economic, and political conditions: are environmental factors that can affect the success of policy implementation, such as the economic condition of the implementing organization, public support, public opinion, support of political elites, and the involvement of various interest groups in supporting the implementation of the program.
