Abstract

The work productivity of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) personnel is a crucial factor in enhancing the effectiveness of government administration and the quality of public services; therefore, it requires support from Work-Life Balance and a conducive work environment. This study aims to examine the influence of Work-Life Balance and the work environment on the work productivity of Class II ASN personnel within the Tasikmalaya City Public Order Agency (Satpol PP). A quantitative method with a causal approach was employed. The sample consisted of 34 Class II ASN respondents from the agency. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS. The findings indicate that Work-Life Balance falls into the "fairly good" category, while both the work environment and work productivity fall into the "good" category. Both simultaneously and partially, Work-Life Balance and the work environment exert a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of Class II ASN personnel at the Tasikmalaya City Public Order Agency.
