Publication Frequency

Four regular issues per year with transparent scheduling and publication dates

Scope of this page This page regulates JM's publication frequency, timeliness, issue organization, and treatment of delays. Editorial and peer-review stages are explained separately in the Editorial and Publishing Workflow.

Jurnal Multidisiplin is published quarterly, with four regular issues per year. The scheduled publication months are March, June, September, and December.

Regular Publication Schedule

Period Scheduled month Publication type
First quarterly period March Regular issue
Second quarterly period June Regular issue
Third quarterly period September Regular issue
Fourth quarterly period December Regular issue

Timeliness and Publication Date

  • The official publication date is the date on which an article becomes publicly accessible on the JM website.
  • Volume, issue number, month, year, pagination, DOI metadata, article page, and PDF identity must be consistent.
  • Publication dates will not be backdated or altered to conceal delays.
  • Accepted manuscripts are published only after completing all required editorial and production stages.
  • An unavoidable delay will be communicated transparently through a journal announcement.

Issue in Progress

JM may apply an Issue in Progress model after technical and editorial implementation. Completed articles may be published progressively within the designated issue, while the issue is formally closed according to its scheduled publication period.

Article placement Acceptance does not guarantee immediate placement in a particular issue. Placement depends on editorial readiness, thematic relevance, production capacity, and the integrity of the publication schedule.

Special Issues

A special issue must be approved by the Editor-in-Chief and follow the same submission, peer-review, ethics, conflict-of-interest, and production standards as regular issues. A special issue does not replace or delay the four regular issues.

Publication regularity can be verified through the JM Issue Archive.
