  • Maintaining the OJS platform, journal domain, DOI registration, metadata, security, backups, and long-term accessibility.
  • Supporting manuscript administration, copyediting, layout, proofreading, publication, and communication without interfering with editorial decisions.
  • Supporting the editorial team in addressing complaints, ethical concerns, corrections, research misconduct, and preservation of the scholarly record.
  • Maintaining transparent information concerning journal ownership, contact details, publication charges, and institutional responsibilities.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and editorial team based on scholarly merit, relevance, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and peer-review results.

  • The publisher, owner, sponsor, advertiser, or fee-paying party may not determine whether a manuscript is accepted or rejected.
  • Payment of an article processing charge does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
  • Editors must disclose conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from affected manuscripts.
  • Commercial and editorial functions are managed separately to protect academic freedom.
