Abstract

Waste management problems and clogged drainage are major issues in RT 04 Sawah Lebar Village, Ratu Agung District, Bengkulu City. The purpose of this community service is to implement a community- based waste bank as a solution for sustainable environmental management. The methods used include data collection, socialization, training, and assistance in waste bank management. The results showed an increase in community awareness of waste sorting, the formation of an integrated waste management system, and increased community participation in environmental cleanliness activities. Success indicators are marked by 78% of residents' enthusiasm in the waste bank program and a 45% reduction in unmanaged waste volume. This program contributes significantly to environmental cleanliness and community economic empowerment through processing economically valuable waste.
