Article Processing Charge (APC)

One rupiah-denominated publication charge, invoiced only after acceptance

What the APC Supports

The APC contributes to OJS operation and hosting, editorial administration, similarity screening, copyediting coordination, reference and metadata checking, layout, DOI registration and maintenance, online publication, preservation support, and author communication. The APC is not a payment to reviewers and does not purchase a favorable decision.

Payment Procedure

1. Wait for the formal acceptance notice and official payment instruction. Payment requested before a scholarly decision should be reported to the journal.
2. Open the official form at publikasi-jurnal.id/pengajuan/artikel and enter the accepted manuscript ID, author details, journal name, and requested payment information.
3. Use the QRIS or payment channel and exact amount stated in the verified instruction. Do not transfer to an unverified personal account or QR code.
4. Upload proof of payment through the official form and retain the receipt, manuscript ID, date, amount, and payment reference.
5. The finance administrator verifies payment separately from the editor. Proof may be confirmed through the official WhatsApp number +62 813-7435-0305 without sending unnecessary personal or financial data.
6. The visual tutorial is available from the publisher's payment tutorial; the written policy and official invoice remain authoritative if social-media content differs.

Editorial Independence and Separate Waiver Policy

Editors and reviewers are not informed of an author's ability to pay and do not handle payment verification. Nonpayment cannot reverse a scientific rejection, and payment cannot convert a rejected or incomplete manuscript into an accepted article. Eligibility for reduction, waiver, or refund is governed only by the APC Waiver and Refund Policy.
