The Effect Of Return On Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio, And Current Ratio On Profit Growth In Healthcare Companies Listed On The Idx For The 2019-2024 Period

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) on profit growth in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2024 economic fluctuation period. This study uses a quantitative design based on secondary data. The population includes all healthcare companies listed on the IDX. Sampling was conducted through a Non-Probability Sampling approach with a Purposive Sampling technique, resulting in a final sample of 17 companies. Data analysis was performed using a panel data regression method operated through Eviews 13 software. Hypothesis testing was evaluated using the F-test (simultaneous) and T-test (partial) at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the simultaneous test indicate that ROA, DER, and CR together have a significant effect on profit growth. Furthermore, the results of the partial test prove that the ROA and DER variables have a positive and significant effect, while CR has no significant effect on profit growth in healthcare companies.
